- Reservations: Finalized when the property accepts you’re booking and receives any required deposits.
- ID & Registration: Guests are legally required to provide valid identification (passport or local ID) upon arrival. Minors (age below 18 years) usually require parental consent or guardianship to check in and all guests passport copies to be provided upon check-In.
- No outside guests beyond the lounge.
- Quiet Hours & Disturbances: Disruptive behavior, loud noise, or offensive language that affects other guests is strictly prohibited.
- Prohibited Items: You may not bring weapons and illegal drugs, dangerous/flammable materials, pets (unless specifically permitted), or items with strong odors onto the premises. (comply with Sri Lankan law)
- Damages: Guests are fully responsible for any damage to the property or electrical appliances, missing items (cutlery, dishes, utensils, and glassware) or excessive mess caused by themselves or their visitors. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
- Valuables: Properties usually disclaim liability for lost or stolen cash and valuables left unsecured in guest rooms. It is highly recommended to use room cupboards and lock premises gates whereas required.
- Payment: Advance payment of 25% at check-In and final balance must be settled at check-out. Cash payment and bank transfers accepted.
- In-house GREEN CONCEPT: guests are requested to turn off AC’s, fans, lights, etc. while not in use.
- Linen charges: 4 USD per day.
- Booking over 30 days: Will be at agreed monthly rate; Electricity and water bills shall be paid by guests, linen and housekeeping to be done by guests.
- Airport transport: Airport drop-off can be arranged upon cost.
